In the facts and circumstances of the case, HMA No.32/2007 titled Dr.Kuldeep Sharma vs. Smt. Sunita Sharma, pending before the Chief Judge, Family Court, Indore, Madhya Pradesh is directed to be transferred to District Judge, Jodhpur, Rajasthan who shall deal with and decide the said case himself or assign the same to some other court of competent jurisdiction.
The Transfer Petition is allowed accordingly.
