I.A. NO. 80032/2021 This Appeal has been filed by the State against acquittal of the sole accused before High Court of Judicature at Allahabad in Criminal Appeal No. 6617/2017.
Now the appellant has filed an application (I.A. NO. 80032/2021) stating that the appeal is abated against the sole respondent and has produced the death certificate of the sole
In the light of the above circumstances, Criminal appeal No.198/2021 against the sole respondent(Mithun Singh) stands abated.
