The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reiterated all the grounds of the view. I am not however swayed by the same. I had categorically held that the petitioner will have to move only jurisdictional civil Court for relief. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states though a plaint was filed before the District Munsif Court, Thirumayam, it is yet to be numbered.
2.The District Munsif Court, Thirumayam is directed to number the suit instituted by the petitioner forthwith and without any delay and also take up the interim application filed by the petitioner for speedy disposal.

3.This Review Application is disposed of with the aforesaid direction to the jurisdictional Civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
