1. Mr. Altaf Ahmed, learned ASG states that No. 18-Akbar Road which is presently in occupation of an ex-Member of Parliament has been earmarked as the official residence of the Chairman. National Consumer Disputes' Redressal Commission. The factum is recorded. Let the house be got vacated and put at the disposal of the Chairman of the Commission, earmarked as such.
2. List the matter tomorrow, 13th May, 1998.
