In the facts and circumstances of the case, we request the High Court to expedite the hearing of Civil Revision Petition No.1104 of 2004 expeditiously if possible within four months from the date of receipt of the copy of this Order.
In the meanwhile, the parties shall maintain status quo in regard to the nature and possession of the suit land obtaining as of today till further orders of the High Court.
The appeal stands disposed of in the above said terms.
