2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner in the tagged special leave petition Nos. 1672- 1673/2000 is granted six weeks' time to file rejoinder.
3. Keeping in view the importance of the issues involved and far reaching consequences of the same in the context of child abuse, we have suggested to learned counsel for the parties to formulate issues which may require our consideration and determination. They may formulate the issues either jointly or exchange the issues to be framed by either of them.
4. The matter shall come up for further directions in the second week of January, 2000 before this Bench. The dates for hearing and schedule there for shall be fixed on that date.
