Respondent(s) O R D E R Having heard learned counsel for the parties in this transfer petition and on the agreement of the parties, let the proceedings for divorce, pending before the Additional District Judge, Panchkula in Haryana, being Divorce Case No.34/H.M.A./2008, be transferred to the District Judge, Tis Hazari, Delhi, for being disposed of by the appropriate court.
The transfer petition is, accordingly, allowed.
As far as I.A.2 of 2009 made under Section 10A of the Indian Divorce Act, 1869 is concerned, let the same be treated as withdrawn, to be filed before the appropriate court.
