JUDGMENT / ORDER

In the light of the fact that we have already transferred a matter arising out Transfer Petition ) No. 834 of 2008 from Ghaziabad to Ambala, we direct that this matter should also be transferred to Ambala.
We further clarify that the petitioner will not in the future seek a transfer of the matters from Ambala to some other court on her transfer from Ambala.
The transfer petition is ordered accordingly.
