JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. We have heard learned counsel appearing for the appellant and learned Additional Solicitor General.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant has circulated a letter dated 7.6.2011. Along with the said letter he has also enclosed a Certificate issued by the Chief Registrar, Births & Deaths, Punjab dated 4.4.2011 wherein it is stated that Ram Kumar-appellant herein had expired on 1.3.2011. In that view, the appeal stands abated.
