We have heard the learned counsel for the parties.
In the light of the fact that the incident happened in May, 1990 and the appellant has undergone about 9 months of the sentence out of the two years awarded under Section 324 of the Indian Penal Code, we dispose of this matter reducing the sentence of the appellant to that already undergone.
