Learned counsel for the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board will examine whether the petitioner is a Member of the C.E.T.P., Andipalayam covered by the order passed by this Court and if the petitioner is found to be a Member, the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board may pass appropriate directions within a period of four weeks.
3. The transfer petitions are disposed of accordingly.
