3. The issue raised in this appeal is squarely covered by the decision of this Court in Civil Appeal No.3677 of 2010, titled Udho Dass Vs.State of Haryana etc., decided on April 21, 2010.
4. Following the aforesaid decision, this appeal is disposed of, in the same terms, observations and conditions, subject to the rider that the appellants would not be entitled for payment of interest on the amount of compensation so fixed by the High Court from the date of the order of the High Court till today.
5. Accordingly, it is directed that the respondent(s) shall settle the amounts payable to the appellants within three months' time from today. If such payment is not made within the time granted by this Court, it will carry interest at the Page 1 2 rate of 12% per annum from the date of the orders passed by this Court till such time of the payment.
