Leave granted.
(2) This appeal arises out of judgment and decree dated 7th March, 2014 passed by the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in Regular Second Appeal No.2834 of 1994. (3) The appellants and respondents are represented by their respective counsel. Learned counsel appearing for the parties have stated that in order to give quietus to the disputes and differences, the parties have amicably settled the matter. In this regard they have also filed Settlement Deeds dated 15 th January, 2019 and 24th April, 2019 along with IA No.19436 of 2019 and IA No.69863 of 2019 showing that they have amicably settled the matter by the above two settlement deeds.
