JUDGMENT / ORDER

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA CIVIL APPELLATE JURISDICTION CIVIL APPEAL NO.6557 OF 2010 (Arising out of SLP(C)NO.19972 OF 2005) PANNA MOHAMMED ... APPELLANT(S) VERSUS PEMA & ORS. RESPONDENT(S) O R D E R Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Leave granted.
This appeal emanates from the judgment of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan at Jodhpur delivered in Civil Appeal No.626/2003. By the impugned judgment, while setting aside the judgment of the learned single Judge as well as the order of the Board of Revenue and the Revenue Appellate Authority, the High Court remitted the matter to the Court of Sub-Divisional Officer, Rajsamand, Rajasthan. We find no infirmity in the impugned judgment. The matter has been pending in different Courts for a number of years. In this view of the matter, we deem it appropriate to direct the learned Sub-Divisional Officer, Rajsamand, Rajasthan to decide this matter as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within six months from the date of communication of this order. No further orders are required in this matter.
The Civil Appeal is, accordingly, disposed of. No costs.
