JUDGMENT / ORDER

APPELLANT VERSUS STATE & ANR. ..... RESPONDENT O R D E R Learned counsel for the parties have agreed that another sum of Rs. 15,000/- should be deposited in this Court and the amount of Rs. 75,000/- already deposited will constitute full and final payment with respect to the dispute. We, accordingly, direct that the sum of Rs. 75,000/- and the interest accrued thereon along with Rs. 15,000/- to be deposited within one month shall be paid to respondent No. 2 by the Registry.
We, accordingly, set aside the conviction of the appellant. The petition as well as the appeal stand disposed of, accordingly.
