IN THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA CIVIL ORIGINAL JURISDICTION TRANSFER PETITION (C) NO. 872 OF 2007 MANJU KUMARI PETITIONER VERSUS ANAND PRAKASH SINGH RESPONDENT O R D E R Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, Case No.664/2007 titled as Mr.Anand Prakash Singh vs. Smt. Manju Kumari, pending before the Family Court, Kanpur City is directed to be transferred to the Court of District Judge, Faridabad, Haryana. The District Judge, Faridabad, Haryana may try the case himself or assign it to the court of competent jurisdiction.
The Transfer Petition is allowed accordingly.
