No.7977/2009) VARINDER JAIN Appellant (s) VERSUS STATE OF PUNJAB Respondent(s) O R D E R Leave granted in both the matters.
We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. The appellants have been granted bail by this Court's order dated 9.11.2009. In the peculiar facts and circumstances of this case, the order dated 9.11.2009 granting bail to the appellants is made absolute and accordingly, the appellants, in the event of arrest, shall be released on bail on furnishing personal bond for Rs.20,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer.

The amount deposited by the appellants in the Registry of this Court, be given to the appellants for depositing with the S.G.G. Senior Secondary School, Goindwal, Tehsil Raikot, District Ludhiana, Punjab, within four weeks.
These appeals are disposed of.
