JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. We have heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. We are not inclined to interfere substantively in the matter. However, keeping in view the affidavit dated 3rd of March, 2007 of A. Karunakaran, the second respondent herein, we direct that a sum of Rs. 2 lakhs be paid to the appellant by the said respondent within a period of 15 days from today, and the balance sum of Rs. 3 lakhs to be paid in six instalments of Rs.50,000/- each to be paid every six months thereafter by way of demand draft. We also give liberty to the appellant to pursue his remedies against respondent No.
1 - firm.
3. In view of the statements made above, the appeal stands disposed of as infructuous.
