The respondent has filed a criminal complaint against the petitioner before the C.J.M.Court at Panchkula, Haryana. The petitioner-wife is now staying at Delhi and she contends that she is not in a position to contest the case at Panchkula in Haryana. In view of the said circumstances, the Criminal Complaint No.1335-A of 2003 & 1382 of 2003 titled as "Deepak Sedha Vs. Lata Sedha & Anr." is directed to be transferred from the C.J.M.Court at Panchkula (Haryana) to C.J.M.Court at Rohini District, Delhi.
The transfer petition is allowed accordingly. C.J.M.Court at Panchukula is directed to transfer all the records to the C.J.M.Court at Rohini District, Delhi.
