IN THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA CIVIL APPELLATE JURISDICTION CIVIL APPEAL NO.157 OF 2007 HARYANA STATE AGRL.MARKETING BOARD APPELLANT(S) VERSUS SANJIV KUMAR RESPONDENT(S) With C.A.No.3770/2007 C.A.No.4193/2007 O R D E R Learned counsel for the respondent, on instruction, submits before us that the award of the Labour Court which was affirmed by the High Court had already been implemented and the back wages of the employee has already been paid. Learned counsel for the appellant also does not appear before us to press the appeals. In that view of the matter, the appeals are dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
