JUDGMENT O R D E R This appeal has been filed against an order granting unconditional leave to the respondent to contest the suit. This appeal is of the year 2002. Therefore, learned counsel for the appellants submits that he does not want to proceed with the appeal and seeks permission to withdraw the same. Permission is granted. The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
Learned counsel for the appellant further submits that the suit shall be expeditiously disposed of. We accordingly direct the High Court to dispose of the suit on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one year from the date of communication of this order.
