This appeal is disposed of with a direction that in addition to whatever amount has been paid by the Insurance Company to the claimant, a further sum of Rs.50,000/- shall be paid. The same shall be deposited with the concerned MACT Court within four weeks. The claimant shall be permitted to withdraw the amount.
