JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Leave granted.
2. Dr. Manish Singhvi, learned Additional Advocate General for the State of Rajasthan states at the Bar that the appellants will be given time to file objections under Section 5A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, till the middle of April, 2011. In this view of the matter, the impugned judgment is set aside. The appeal is disposed of.
3. However, we clarify that as this order has been made on the statement made by the learned Additional Advocate General, it will not be taken as a reflection on the merits of the controversy.
