JUDGMENT O R D E R CIVIL APPEAL NO.3736 OF 2001 When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the appellants that the appellants have sent a letter to the Secreta ry, National Legal Services Authority (NALSA), Jam Nagar House, New Delhi with a copy of the same to the Registry of this Court that the appellants are desirous to refer their appeal to Lok Adalat, Delhi for consideration of settlement through Lok Adalat. In that view of the matte r, we refer this appeal to the appropriate Lok Adalat at Delhi. All the necessary records be sent to Secretary, National Legal Services Authority (NALSA), Jam Nagar House, New Delhi.
