The petitioner-wife is seeking transfer of a case pending before the Court of Asst.District & Sessions Judge, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in H.M.A.No.18/2008 titled as 'J.Harsha Vs. C.Nandini & Ors. to the Court at Asst.District & Sessions Judge, Mysore. The petitioner-wife is now staying with her parents at Mysore. Under the above said circumstances, we direct that H.M.A.No.18/2008 titled as 'J.Harsha Vs. C.Nandini & Ors. be transferred from the Court of Asst.District & Sessions Judge, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi to the Court at Asst.District & Sessions Judge, Mysore.
The transfer petition is allowed accordingly.
Asst.District & Jussions Judge, Tis Hazari, Delhi is directed to transfer all the records to the Court of Asst.District & Sessions Judge, Mysore.
