JUDGMENT O R D E R CRIMINAL APPEAL NO. 390 OF 2008 [Arising out of SLP(Crl.) No.6802/2007] Leave granted.
Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and keeping in view the fact that the appellant has been convicted for commission of offence under Section 307 of the I.P.C. and sentenced to rigorous imprisonment for a period of five years and the fact that the appellant has already been in custody for a period of about three years, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for the same amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The appeal is allowed accordingly.
