O R D E R In view of the decision rendered by this Court in Siddappa Vasappa Kuri & another v. Special Land Acquisition Officer & another [(2002) 1 SCC 142] and the fact that the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 being a complete code providing for the rate of interest payable on the market price fixed at the time of making the award, the impugned judgment and decree passed by the High Court does not call for any interference. Hence, the appeal is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
