Conclusion: The petitioner (wife) has successfully sought transfer of the matrimonial suit to a court of competent jurisdiction, while the respondent (husband) has accepted the compromise and has not objected to the transfer.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the parties that as the parties have compromised their disputes, the transfer petition has become infructuous and hence this petition may be disposed of as having become infructuous.
