Application: The compromise petition shall form a part of the decree and shall be governed by Section 89 of the CPC.
Conclusion: The court has disposed of the appeal based on the compromise petition filed by the appellant and signed by the respondents.
1. Ms. Anitha Shenoy, learned counsel represents the appellant, Mr. Abhijeet Sinha, learned counsel represents respondent no.1 and Mrs. K.V.Bharti Upadhyay, learned counsel represents respondent no.2.
2. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties to the lis and also perused the compromise petition filed by the appellant and signed by the respondents.
3. In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, we are of the opinion that nothing survives in this appeal for our consideration and decision and therefore, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the Page 1 compromise petition.
